Editing some functions

Hi there!

There a a few things i changed. Now all can write comments and there is no code or something, yeah and the commentboxes are now pop-ups! Plz activate the pop up function on this side plz!

About a week ago i recolored the background of the Blog into black and we have now a new option, its a poll :)
